The ArchiTech Consulting LLC was founded in 2002 for independent consulting service. It has provided services to both public and private sectors in enterprise architecture, enterprise solutions and system modernization, strategies, technical advisory, and professional training.
The founder and owner is Dr. Yan Zhao:
Dr. Yan Zhao has been an enterprise level chief architect, strategist, and executive for Fortune 500 companies, as well as an innovator, a consultant and a professor, with over 30 years work experience across academia, corporate research, software industry, and consulting service. As a mastermind planner, is ready to take initiatives and leadership in Business Digital Strategies and Transformations as a chief architect or sr. executive.
She is experienced in leading IT strategic planning, architecture, system engineering lifecycle management and governance, especially successful in new initiative leadership. Has been differentiated by knowing how to create cohesive solutions across the full spectrum of IT. Has extensive experience in advanced R&D on digital business and digital content management, hold granted patents.
She is a positive thinker and motivational leader is experienced in leading and managing R&D, capability and intellectual property development, technology transfer, and consulting practice. Has industry experience in higher education, software, telecommunications, health IT, media, financial, and federal government.
She was a university faculty member, a guest professor, has 6 patents granted, 4 patents pending, and a number of invention disclosures and technical publications, also active in professional speaking.
